Account data: first name, last name, email address.
Scheduling data: assigned shifts, shift swap requests, leave, time off and absences.
Personal notes voluntarily entered in the app.
Technical data required for the service to work (access logs, device identifiers).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed exclusively to provide the work-shift management service through the Shiftify GO and Shiftify Manager apps, including requests to the coordinator and scheduling notifications.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with authenticated access. Access to the apps can additionally be protected with Face ID or fingerprint on the user's device.

5. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data by writing to info@shiftifygo.com.
